Exchange & Return Policy
- ALL SALES FINAL ON SALE ITEMS
- Due to health code regulations no returns will be accepted on any products that have been used, worn and no longer in original packaging.
Missing or Incorrect Items
- If an item that you ordered is not in your package or if you received an incorrect item, please contact Hair & Accessories Inc. within 5 business days. The missing item will be shipped the next business day following approval from Hair & Accessories Inc., if the item is available.
- Shipping for the replacement item as well as return ship fees for the incorrect item will be paid for by Hair & Accessories Inc. Choice of shipping method used to send any missing items or replacements will be at the discretion of Hair & Accessories Inc. Reimbursement of shipping fees to customer must be pre-approved by Hair & Accessories Inc.
- If the replacement item or missing item is currently unavailable, a substitution or store credit for the items equal to the sale price of the item will be applied upon approval from the customer.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Products that are defective or products damaged during shipment will be replaced with the identical product once we receive the damaged or defective product. To file a claim please contact us within 5 business days.
- Shipping costs for damaged or defective products that are returned will be provided by Hair & Accessories Inc. Return shipping method and type must be pre-approved by Hair & Accessories Inc. when Hair & Accessories Inc. is responsible for shipping costs.
- Product that is damaged after being delivered, not a manufacturing or design defect, is the responsibility of the customer. No refunds will be given.
- A restocking fee and standard RMA procedures will apply if the customer wishes to receive a refund for their defective or damaged item.
RMA Procedures
- For returns please phone, fax or email your request within 10 business days and request an RMA number. Please indicate your name and invoice number along with a reason for your RMA request. An RMA number and our mailing address will be given to ship the item to us. The customer is responsible for any and all shipping costs for the return including reimbursement to Hair & Accessories Inc. for any shipping costs that Hair & Accessories Inc. might have incurred to ship the product to the customer, unless otherwise stated in our return policies.
- A restocking fee of 15% will incur for all returns. Refunds will be by credit card, check or store credit depending on method of payment.
- Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number and refunds or replacements will not be given without prior authorization.
- Products returned with a claim of damaged or defective will be inspected upon receipt.
- Hair & Accessories Inc. reserves the right to refuse refund on products that are not resalable for any reason. Products must be returned in brand new, unused, and resalable condition. Products that have been used or worn cannot be resold due to health reasons.
Summary
- Upon receiving your order please check the contents of the package to make sure there are no damaged or missing items. Please contact Hair & Accessories Inc. within 5 days of receipt to claim any damages or missing items.
- Items for return or exchange must be unused and in perfect condition in original packaging to be eligible for a return or exchange, excluding defective products. All returns will be subject to a restocking fee of 15%.
- Any package that is refused or returned to Hair & Accessories Inc. by neglect of the customer after the shipping carrier has attempted delivery to the customer, will only receive a refund for the amount of the purchase less shipping fees. If the customer requests for us to ship the package again, they will be charged for the additional shipping fees.
- Hair & Accessories Inc. has the right to deny a refund if we believe that our policies have been abused.
- Hair & Accessories Inc. is unable to guarantee any specific result from the usage of any product due to negligence of the care of product.
- Cancellations or changes cannot be made on any order once the order has been shipped. A restock fee of 15% will incur if a cancellation is made after an order has been packed.
- We will make no exceptions to this policy under any circumstances. You can also find return and exchange information at the bottom of each invoice sent by Hair & Accessories Inc.
