Hair & Accessories Inc. is located in Coral Springs, Florida and we ship both domestic and international orders every day.
Shipping rates depend on destination of order, weight and shipping method. The best way to determine the cost of shipping is to start the checkout process by placing the items you wish to purchase into your cart. Before your order is complete you will see the shipping options and charges for your order.
All orders are processed in our warehouse by our highly trained staff to insure that your products arrive to you as quickly as possible. We make certain that all products are properly wrapped and sealed to prevent any leakage or breakage.
- Shipping charges are based on the weight of the items in your order and reflect as close as possible the actual shipping charges for your order.
- We try our hardest to ship all orders placed before 3:00pm EST (M-F) the same day, there is no guarantee that this will always be the case. Please take into account that orders placed around holidays may not be shipped the same day. Please contact us if you have any questions about the shipping schedule.
- UPS delivery timeframes are based on business days. When calculating delivery times, keep in mind that the day of shipment does not count as a business day in transit times. For example, if you select UPS 3 Day Select and your order ships on Monday, you will most likely receive your order on Thursday. We ship orders Monday-Friday. Orders placed before 3:00pm Eastern time will generally ship the same day. Orders placed after 3:00pm Eastern time or on Saturday or Sunday will generally ship the next business day. We do not ship UPS for Saturday delivery.
- If you need your order by a certain date, it is best to contact us (1-800-988-4247) to confirm if item(s) is in stock and the best method of shipment to get your order to you on the requested date.
- We cannot ship UPS orders to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO destinations. If you select UPS to ship to a P.O. Box address we will substitute an appropriate shipping method at our discretion and adjust the shipping charges accordingly.
- We are not responsible for UPS or USPS delays including but not limited to: extreme weather conditions, re-routing of packages or grounding of transportation.
- Lost or returned orders due to incomplete address information provided by the customer is the responsibility of the customer and will not be eligible for a refund.

International Shipping Information & Restrictions
- We are not responsible for any taxes or duties that may apply. We do not collect any taxes or duties from you and do not know how much they will cost you. Check with your country for more information regarding additional charges.
- If your order is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will not issue a refund. If we receive the package back after being seized, you will be responsible for the shipping charges plus a 15% restocking fee.
